Lowest Priced Roku Available
This is the cheapest streaming player model Roku produces.
It doesn’t have the same bells and whistles as the other two models but it certainly does the job. And at $69.99 from Amazon the price is right. As with all Roku streaming players it works with virtually any TV and plays high def video (720p).
It obviously has built in Wi-Fi plus a wired connector with HDMI video output for HD.

Pros
Even with slower internet connections the picture quality is generally excellent
Of course, you have a large amount of content available such as Pandora, Hulu, YouTube, Netflix and Amazon. And there are many specific content channels if you do a search for “private Roku channels. By typing a five letter code into you Roku account online you can add these channels easily. What you want to watch is on demand
The only time you have to think about is your time. It waits for you. Your channels are on demand
Inexpensive
Easy to useSet up is usually a breeze
Lots of good free channels
Cons
Occasional glitches – Sometimes it reboots but that makes sense, all computer need to reboot
A lack of sports – Although the NHL and MLB have premium channels you can buy. I believe the NFL is working on it
Most report that set up is easy and seamless but some do have problems, which is usually hardware clashes
Overall
It can only get better. As most mention who have this player, it’s very new way to watch TV. Great way to save money and give the cable guy fits.
